A peaceful sunrise swim around Mumbles Pier during a calm high tide. I say calm, the current provided a good challenge to us trying to stay in the same place. For some of these shots we had to hold onto the struts to stay in place. I would not recommend swimming here on your own especially without fins on.

Such a beautiful and a little challenging location to photograph from the water. With the light and shadows shifting as the sun rose, the mood and colours of the water altered with them. Here are selection of the photos from that morning session. It’s been flat lately, so I’m hoping the water clarity around Gower has improved - the only benefit of no waves!
